This client bought a 1153 sf condo along Howe St. Downtown Vancouver, which he decided to renovate prior to moving in. The engineering hardwood flooring has been replaced with large format porcelain tile in the living areas. The kitchen was upgraded with new Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, along with plumbing fixtures by Dornbracht. The beautiful high gloss cabinetry is Stijle by Schenk. The island was extended by ten inches and pushed back about six inches to create a larger work space. The overall was an industrial and masculine aesthetic, designed to suite our client’s personality and lifestyle.

The bathrooms were stripped down to the concrete shell to receive new tile, cabinetry and fixtures. The results are luxurious, sleek and elegant bathrooms. The master ensuite feels more spacious with a new freestanding tub and low profile shower receptor by Wetstyle and fixtures by Dornbracht. Impressive faux marble porcelain tiles are used on the floor and walls.  A floating double sink vanity gives function and lightness to the room.  The large format floor tiles continues into the main bath floor, shower walls and accent behind the vanity. Thus creating an intimate space. Light high gloss cabinetry is used for contrast and to create lightness to the space.
