Our client had lived in their 4300 sq. ft. Vancouver Westside Residence since 2002. This major renovation took a little over a year. We opened up the main floor to provide a more flexible plan for this young family and their lifestyle. The kitchen layout now includes a ten foot island, a beverage area, wok kitchen and a peninsula to service the patio. The beautiful European kitchen by Alno is open to the dining room and family room, where the family spends most of their time. Two linear gas fireplaces grace the main floor. One in the formal living room and one in the family room. The library is a space for their two children to study and to also showcase the family’s vintage book collection.
